Welcome to 217 Photography! We're delighted to have you as our valued client. Please take a moment to review our Terms of Service, as they outline the terms and conditions governing the use of our photography services.

By engaging with 217 Photography, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

**1. Services Provided**

217 Photography offers professional photography services, including but not limited to automotive, portraits, event coverage, and commercial photography. The specific details of the services provided will be outlined in the agreed-upon contract between 217 Photography and the client.

**2. Booking and Payments**

2.1 **Booking:** A non-refundable* minimum 50% deposit is required to secure a booking with 217 Photography. The remaining balance is due a week in advance of the scheduled photography session or event. If your remaining amount of the photoshoot cost is not paid before the final week leading up to your photoshoot., you will not receive a refund of your deposit and your session will be canceled. 

2.2 **Payment Methods:** We accept payments through Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, Cash, or Check. All transactions are processed securely.

2.3 **Cancellation and Rescheduling:** In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, you must contact us a week before the scheduled photography session or event. 

2.4 ** Photoshoot Times:** For all *AUTOMOTIVE* each photoshoot has a base two hour maximum time. To request longer photoshoot time(s) you must contact in advance. (Fees Apply)

**3. Usage and Copyright**

3.1 **Copyright:** 217 Photography retains the copyright to all images captured during a photography session or event.

3.2 **Usage Rights:** Clients are granted personal, non-commercial usage rights for the images provided by 217 Photography. Commercial usage rights may be negotiated separately.

**4. Image Delivery and Editing**

4.1 **Delivery Time:** 217 Photography will deliver the edited images within seven business days following the photography session or event. Faster delivery times may incur extra charges.

4.2 **Editing:** 217 Photography will provide basic editing for all images. Additional editing requests may incur extra charges.

**5. Client Cooperation**

Clients are expected to cooperate during the photography session to ensure the best possible results. 217 Photography is not responsible for suboptimal outcomes due to lack of cooperation or unforeseen circumstances.

**6. Privacy and Data Protection**

6.1 **Privacy:** 217 Photography respects your privacy. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

6.2 **Release:** Clients may be required to sign a model/photo release, allowing 217 Photography to use images for promotional purposes.

**7. Limitation of Liability**

217 Photography is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss or damage to equipment, personal injury, or unforeseen events that may affect the outcome of the photography session.
